Wenn ja, dann ist da mein Wissen auch ziemlich am Ende was man da noch versuchen kann.

Ähem, die meisten Sachen kenne ich nicht, aber NADH hab ich oral auch mal probiert. Ich war ganz happy, als ich es entdeckt hatte. Mein Spezi hat gemeint, davon würde bei der oralen Einnahme nichts aufgenommen werden. Recht hat er gehabt, ich hab überhaupt nichts gemerkt.
