Suche Empfehlung(en) für ein wirksames Zinkpräparat incl. Angabe der Dosierung.
Gibt es bei Zink noch irgendwas zu beachten (AB nehme ich grad nicht)?
Wie lange dauert das Aufdosieren mit Zink - ist das eher eine langwierige, träge Geschichte oder ist Zink flotter?
