Hinsichtlich der Rheuma-Werte beruhigt mich folgender Text von der Jemsek Specialty Clinic etwas (diesmal mit Link :-):

"Curiously, we have noted that several of our LD patients test positive, sometimes at high titer, for rheumatoid arthritis. We consider these to be false positive serologic epiphenomenon associated with an activated immune system. In most, but certainly not all of these cases, classic measures of inflammation, e.g. sedimentation rate and C reactive protein, are normal. In reviewing our cases where C reactive protein levels are elevated, we can find no clinical patterns that would predict either disease severity or progression, but titers do tend to fall in response to treatment."
BSG und C-reaktives Protein sind bei mir auch innerhalb des Normalbereichs.
Hab heute auf Anraten des Arztes das Clindamycin mit Azitromycin i.v. ergänzt. Azi wirkt auf denselben Angriffspunkt ( 50S Ribosom ) wie Clinda. Eindruck vom 1. Tag sehr positiv. Intrazellulär wird damit ein hoher Level erreicht. Allerdings habe ich dann noch nichts gegen Zysten. Wollen etwas später wohl Metro nehmen.
