Für mich ist nicht ganz klar, ob da jetzt ein LTT auf Yersinien gemacht wurde oder wirklich AK bestimmt wurden.

Zur Frage der Therapie (aus: Berghoff, Infektiologische Differentialdiagnose):

Ceftriaxon 2g + Gentamycin 240 mg
Ciprofloxacin 1000 mg
Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazol 875 / 125 2 x täglich

Entsprechend Testung:
Gentamycin 240 mg
Doxycyclin 400 mg
Piperacillin 8 g
Invanz 1 g

Anmerkung noch von mir: Lass bloß die Finger vom Ciprofloxacin.
